How to Scan using ClamAV

Use the below command to scan the directory and store the results into a file known as g.log

clamscan -r -l g.log directory_name

To remove all the files affected :

clamscan -r --remove /directory_name

If you prefer to move the files to another folder so that you could investigate later:

clamscan -r --move=/affected_files /source_directory
